Sleep is the basic need for every human. The necessary amount of sleep is essential for the body like food and water. It is during the sleep that most of the important processes in the body are carried out. The digestion process is being carried out by the body during the sleep. So, if you don’t sleep well then certainly the digestion would be improper and you would be facing lot of stomach disorders. This may even lead to the excessive weight gain as the undigested food items gets stored in the body. The digestion rate is slowed down, which leads to indigestion.
As per the age of the person, the required sleep timing fluctuates. For small babies (6 months to a year) the required amount of the sleep is 15 to 18 hours. This helps in the proper development of their body. Then gradually the sleep period starts reducing. For 4 yrs child the sleep of 12 to 14 hours is enough. During the phase of seven years and puberty, the phase of sleep is between 10 to 12 hours. For the normal adult the sleep duration of 8 hours is must. As the person gets old the sleep duration is being reduced to 6 hours. So, just take the required amount of sleep and I assure that your health would be at the best.
Getting the sufficient sleep helps all the body organs to perform their task properly and gives an adequate time to rest, which makes them to function at their best.

Two people sitting in a group. Suddenly one of them whispered something to the other. Both giggled. You know what they discussed without giving even a hint to the rest of others? Sex! This is a regular scene we come across and it’s because people are not comfortable for the same with everyone. So they keep it limited to some close friends. As a consequence, limited discussions lead to limited knowledge.
In this age when sex education has already been included as a part of high school curriculum, it seems very odd that even adults feel shy to talk about sex. They even react as if committed a sin when they were discussing the same and came to know that someone else heard them.
The purpose of discussing sex is not simply to get exposed about different poses, but it’s to get aware of different conditions. Billions of people are indulging in sex. Then it is for sure that there are many issues existing regarding the act. Normally the issues that are coming to the fore are like Erectile Dysfunction, Premature ejaculation, penis size, lack of libido, etc. One thing that has been noticed immensely is that being a victim of shyness, people don’t even go for treatment. As a consequence, they suffer from the condition and also from its after effects. Some don’t prefer to consult a doctor as they are unaware of the possible treatments and hence they think it is futile.
